How do I remove greasy stains from new school t-shirt

Worn 3 days, my son is a smeg - he now either changes when he gets home or I will put him in a bib (which at 11 will not be appreciated!)

Please tell me there is a way to get the greasy food stains out.

Rub in washing up liquid then wash as hot as the label allows? i promise I'm not advertising it there was another thread about stains about a month ago but this is fab and, as I've used it to get rid of bio-oil and red gloss paint, should cope with greasy food stains.

Thanks I will give that a go, DH is equally bad at getting greasy spots on clothes so a bottle of that would be useful!
