Is there such a thing as UPVC repair stuff?!

Our front door is dark wood effect UPVC but it has been bashed and had sellotape stuck on and taken off which has removed small patches of the dark leaving the white underneath showing through. Is there something you can use to touch this up/disguise it? It just looks a bit rubbish but not worth spending out ££££ on a new door!

I think it will be a white plastic door which had a decorative film stuck to it.

I don't know how to repair it but you could ask your local plastic-window-repairman (there will be one), otherwise non-drip gloss paint using the tiniest artists brush you can find (the paint blob should be no bigger than the scratch)
