Boring I know, but 'Cushions'!!

I have some cushion covers that are 17"x17" (43cm x43cm). I read somewhere that I have to get slightly bigger cushion pads, but for the life of me I can't remember where I read that. Can someone please tell me if that is true and if so, how much bigger does it have to be...18x18??

Yes, if you buy slightly bigger cushion inners, they will fill out your cushion covers better, and make them look plumper. 18" should be fine for 17" covers.
