Mop & Duster - Please Help!

I''m on the look out for a new mop - what is the best one to use? We have laminate flooring downstairs. I am currently using one of those ones which squirts solution for you but it isn't very good.

Also, I'm on the market for a very long handled duster, feather or otherwise. My ceilings are very high and I'm very short which complicates things somewhat. Cobwebs everywhere though so it must be tackled.

TIA

E-Mop.

Wonderful thing. No chemicals, no streaks; and you just rinse it out and then hung in washing machine on a hot wash.

Cobwebs, I just use the Hoover nozzle.
