I recently moved and put in a 4 door electric aga

I'm slowly getting used to it having grown up with one BUT how do you do Yorkshire pudding? I tried last night but by the time it had cooked the meat etc it had lost too much heat to do really good yorkshire

Is the trick to do the, early?

Any other hints tricks and recipes v welcome!

When we do them we have taken the meat out and covered with foil and left on worktop than put in the metal tray with a little oil in the base of each pudding bit. Put tray back in roasting oven till it is hot, not long, then pour in batter and put tray back in AGA. Works for us and I am not a good baker and was the way detailed in the Aga cookbook we got when we got the Aga.
