I have just found out the carpet that runs throughout my house is Natural Sisal (moved in a while ago)
On doing a bit of googling I now understand why a spilt glass of water which I didnt stress over as its water has caused a huge dark stain !!
Anyway a couple of pro cleaning companies have said you cannot clean this type of carpet. I wanted a general clean and improved appearance of a few stains
Anyone else had this ?
