For infant stains (poop, orange vomit and feed yourself attempts) but also good for mud, grass DH sweat stains?
I wash at 30 all the time, line dry when possible so the sun (!) can bleach out too but I'm still left with telltale faded stains.
Ive tried vanish and the new ariel can anyone recommend one that actually works?!

I used Ariel spray today on vicious baby poo stains and the soaked the babygro in a mix of water and Ace. Chucked in 40 degree standard wash and was amazed that they came out first time. I use Ace a lot but first time using Ariel spray (on a whim as on offer)

What is this Ace you speak of?! Detergent or a stain remover?

I never had a problem with Persil non bio powder, 30 degree wash & for stubborn stuff Stain devils (they do different ones for different stains - or a three pack of each one from Tesco)
Worked for most things and never had anything ruined

Ace is a gentle bleach - safe to use on colours and whites. You can add it to water for soaking or add to your wash with normal detergent. You can get it in the supermarket (pale green bottle) in the washing powder aisle. Handy stuff to have under the sink for stain emergencies!!
