I have a very large wicker log basket that I want to keep by the back door.

Does anyone know how I could weatherproof it please?

You could try painting it with Osmo coat and keep the base off the ground.

Good tip about keeping the base off the ground I had not thought about that!

I have never heard of Osmo coat - do they sell it in DIY stores?

Thanks

Osmo sold here

I would also recommend some sort of heavy tarpaulin/ cover to keep the logs and basket dry.

Thanks StevieNicksStuff

Just what I wanted to know!
