How do I turn up blazer sleeves?

I often have to turn up my trousers but that's only by an inch. The sleeves need to be about 4" shorter plus there's a lining in the sleeve. If I just fold it up on the inside and sew it in place will it look awful?

Pull up sleeve from inside, ie with lining as well and then tack round the lining. Not explaining well but know how to as have to do for my boys.
Confused

Thanks. It all looked a bit too much so I've taken it to my mums!

Have had to do this several times - just turn inside out, tack and then sew. No-one knows (and when they have been used for goal posts for a few weeks the blazers all look pretty ropey anyway Grin)

My mum was making it look well complicated. She separated the lining from the sleeve and tacked/sewed them up separately. And the sleeves got wider towards the end so she had to take the seams apart and take them in, etc. Confused
