Vinegar spray uses

After recommendations on here, I've just bought some vinegar spray from Poundland, and was just wondering....

What do you use it for?

I've just sprayed the shower head, hoping it will rid it of lime scale, for starters.

I use it mainly for limescale, although I make my own as there is no Poundland in the land where I live. I put vinegar on my granite work top, but never on marble as it will dissolve it. Also on taps, in the kettle ( very important to rinse well before making a cup of tea) and diluted on the shower glass.

Oo my kettle does need doing!

I use my own vinegar concoctions for everything from clothes to hair. It can deodorise cloth, de flea pet beds/carpets, clean plant leaves, dust wood test an innoccous area first shines hair, cleans dishes...... have never tried it on my bum though

I leave it in the bathroom cupboard and hope that people will use it and toilet roll to give the toilet a quick spray. I live in hope.

I use it mainly for deodorising clothes before they go in the wash, and for descaling kettles / sink / taps etc.

OneOfMyTurnsComingOn · 23/08/2012 09:39

Really? It deodorises clothes?

Yes, a quick spritz on the underarms of tops stops any whiff and yellowing from old deodorant stains. Seems to work well...
