My windows are driving me crazy. What is a foolproof way to get clean, not streaky windows?

Method window cleaner is excellent or vinegar and a little cornflour mixed in a plant sprayer works too. Polish with an e cloth.

Newspaper. Crush a few pages of newspaper into a very rough ball and use that along with whatever window cleaner you prefer. I swear by this and now, so does my husband.
