cleaning le crueset dish

have managed to get some apple crumble welded on to the dish (was left in oven after we had eaten and forgotten to soak straight away). i have tried soaking, dishwashing, brillo pad but nothing is getting it off. is there anything else i can try that will lift it off easily?

Try biological washing powder and a small amount of warm water, and leave overnight before scrubbing again, or put some water in, and bring to the boil for several minutes before allowing to cool and scrubbing.

I use a Le Creuset cleaner- works every time

Thank you both for the tips, soaked in powder overnight and scrubbed off easily this morning. Wonder what is in that stuff, surely can't be good for clothes!
