Someone motivate me

My house is a tip. The living room is ok but the kitchen needs a clean, the playroom needs a tidy, the bathroom is a mess and two of the three bedrooms look like a bomb has exploded.

I plan on tackling the kitchen now as the children are occupied and I can hear them but the upstairs can't be tackled until my DP comes home from doing odd jobs for our neighbour.

Motivation? Wine is out of the question :(

Plan a little reward - say a slice of cake & a nice coffee when each room is completed?

Try to do a little at a time --tells this to self also feeling unmotivated--

Do you have a timer? - set for 15 mins do a bit in one room then move to another room.
