Launderette question...

I've used launderette's before but I never seem to get that really nice, fresh smelling laundry powder smell on clothes. Do you know what I mean?

They are clean and they don't smell bad! Just don't have that lovely smell of washing powder. I normally line dry after bringing them home wet, could that be it? Could I be using too little powder?

Tried using tumble driers before (with and without a drier sheet thingy) but that made no difference. In fact the drier must have been roasting as it disintegrated the drier sheet!

Anyway, I'm rambling....any suggestions?! Thanks Grin

Fabric conditioner! I don't think it's anything to do with using the laundrette's machines rather than your own. Use lots of powder, lots of fabric conditioner and 2 sheets in the dryer.

Will bump up the amount of powder and fabric conditioner! Will see if 2 sheets will "disappear" in the drier!

Thanks Smile
