Will a black kitchen tap shoa water marks really badly?

I have bought a chrome tap but am thinking that black would look nice in our kitchen (the oven is black and the cupboard handles too).

But we have really hard water so I wonder whether it would look dirty all the time?

No idea re tap, sorry, but we have a black tiled floor in the bathroom which really does show limescale. Some local friends have a black granite worktop, and as long as they "keep up with it" then it looks ok. I guess you have to decide if you want something a little more forgiving, or whether you can "keep up with it"

God no I don't want to be wiping down every time we use the tap!

Will stick with the chrome one then I think!
