Steam mop query

I have got light, glossy, porcelain tiles on my kitchen floor and am sick to death of cleaning them. I just wonder if a steam mop would make my life any easier or are they a waste of money.

I had no idea there was such a thing but it sounds good.

I have one. I's brilliant.

I know this might seem like a stupid question dexter 73 but in what way is it brilliant? Is it time saving and easier to clean with?

It cleans the floors very quickly and they dry almost instantly leaving no streaks.

We have laminate rather than tiles, I love my steam mop, it is easy, fast, doesn't soak the floors (so good for laminate), dries quickly and because you wash the pad in the machine each time you avoid a stinking damp mop hanging about.
