this has been going on for a while and it seems to ruin some of my clothes. Newish washing machine and a good make. about a month ago it ruined a brand new shirt leaving a gold metalic mark on the back. Got the engineer to come in (still under guarantee). He used some cleaner and descaler product as our water is hard etc. machine seemed better. He also told me to use less powder and to get some of the product (i haven't) but am doing a 90 wash at present with an empty machine.
today my blue knickers came out with the same colour marks all over them and my dd's cream shirt had a bit of the stain. I am tempted to write to the company and send the knickers to them so they can come up with something. I am careful and try to separate colours etc.
anyone else had anything like this happend.
