Next week we have an appointment for someone to come and chemiically clean the stairs and landing carpet. It's a beigey/biscuit colour but stained with 'accidents' when our puppy was housetraining. I've vaxed it and used the foam carpet cleaner myself to no avail.
I've checked and the chemicals are child and pet safe but am I expecting drastic results? From their photos the results are drastic but there are none shown of before and after soiling stains.
Has anyone ever had this done? I chose this first as it's much cheaper than new carpet although if it fails new carpet is the way forward.
