Hi there, I have one of those self-closing toilet seat but it is not working properly. The seat part of it is working fine (closing itself beautifully) but the cover part is just giving a big bang/slamming down when I try to close it, I took apart the two bits and didn't see anything wrong with it, put it back again and it is still not working, any ideas on how to fix it? TIA
