Lining cupboard shelves

We've just had some new storage put into the master bedroom (cupboards under the eaves). Problem is, we're not going to get the shelves painted (quotes are ridiculous and we don't have the time to do it ourselves - really fiddly job), so they're just an ugly grey/brown colour which clashes with the rest of our lovely room.

How can I line these? Are there liners I can buy (the ones I've found are either a) old-fashioned and/or b) too small)? I can't see how I could use left-over fabric since the shelves aren't removable and I think that gluing fabric down wouldn't last.

There seven shelves of approx 120cm x 50cm.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Try lining them with nice wallpaper or a pvc material from dunelm.

Great idea. How would I stick them down? Would glue work? Sorry - am useless at this sort of stuff!!

You could staple them down with fabric staples - you can get the staple gun and staples from Dunelm for a couple of pounds.

I did my kitchen shelves with the fake Cath Kidston polka dot pvc material and it wipes clean.
