Tyre marks on travertine floor

I have just spent the afternoon digging out my downstairs loo. It has been used for storage for about 6 months and the pushchair tyres have stained the floor blue Confused.

The tyres are black rubber - not sure if that makes a difference.

I've washed the floor with bleach. Then sprayed some flash on the stain and re washed and it hasn't touched it.

Does anyone have any good ideas?

It is the marble itself rather than the grout that has stained.

TIA

have you tried with a white rubber, the type you use for art, gentle rubbing it, it works on some things,

there are things called mr clean magic eraser,

acetone (nail polish remover) might work, but do an out of sight test patch, to check it doesn't also make a mark,

Ooh good ideas! Of course this is a house that has no rubbers or nail varnish remover in Hmm. Typical!

I'll pick some up tomorrow and try that. I have a magic eraser and hadn't thought to try it, but I have now and it didn't work.

Thanks for the link too Smile
