Can you wash Geox shoes?

DS has weed on his and they're brand new :(

Failing that any way to stop them smelling of wee?

I have put Geox trainers under running water and scrubbed them when covered with dog poo and mud. They were as good as new afterwards.

I have put many a pair of Geox trainers through the washing machine and they have come out looking almost brand new with no shrinkage etc. I put them on a cold wash with no powder or anything.

not sure about shoes, but have trainers, what are they made from? I have always put clarks soft leather shoes through the machine.

If you are not sure then put bicarb in them to soak up the wee and nutralise the oder and then just sprinkle with talk for a few days. this should banish any smells.

I really should have done this earlier. Guessing if I do them now they won't be dry by the morning?
