Feeling blue, tired and grumpy, and it's pissing rain (for a change Hmm. Today I will

Wash up
Fold laundry
Dry today's load (currently washing)
Finish last of unpacking
Make dinner (fish pie or something mincey)
Put clothes away
Try not to yell at DC
In interests of achieving the above, drag small complaining DC out for a walk
Make packed lunches
Drink wine

Similar to my list:
Trying to find something to do with the kids that involves them being massively entertained and consequently worn out, whilst I put in minimum effort and read a book!
Trying to develop my powers of telekinesis so the washing will put itself in the machine, the dinner will cook itself and the washing up will wash, dry and put away.
Wondering whether I can unearth an ancient sachet of conditioning treatment and face mask that will transform me into a Goddess rather than a rather tired looking muppet.
Drink wine

I am in!
In pregnant knackered state i will:

Let DP have a lie in
Put dry clothes away
Do 2-3 loads of washing
Hang out said loads
Change bedding (with help!)
Get DP to wash up
Get DP to sweep stairs (so steep!)
Dust
Hoover
Mop
Cook gammon roast dinner
Get bits ready for work / nursery tomorrow
Have a shower
Collapse into a half dead heap Wink
Now ive written it down i have to do it!

poachedeggs · 24/06/2012 09:05

Just going into shower...telekenisis failing miserable and natives (kids) getting restless!! DH is away so probably is having a lie in! Still cuppa and croissant calling, and sun might come out enough to take kids to the park and I'm already a Goddess!! Wink. Enjoy your day..you sound like a fashion icon to me!

BBisTitanium · 24/06/2012 09:21

The lie in is to facilitate co-operation with cleaning and reciprocation next weekend Grin i also have a cardigan on, it isnt waterfall but it was chewed by a deer once...

Actuallylookingok · 24/06/2012 09:22

I definately need more sleep...read reciprocation as 'reproduction'. Grin

BBisTitanium · 24/06/2012 09:28

Hahaha no reproduction on the cards thats already happened Wink

Wash up - check
Fold laundry - started, got bored
Dry today's load - ongoing
Finish last of unpacking
Make dinner (fish pie or something mincey)
Put clothes away
Try not to yell at DC - so far so good
In interests of achieving the above, drag small complaining DC out for a walk
Make packed lunches
Drink wine
