If its the glass bit, I always use a Brillo pad.

Do you have some dishwasher tablets ? Lay the glass on your draining board and make a paste and leave for as long as possible. Rinse and use a green scourer for the last bits.

astonish household paste and a brillo pad worked on ours (need some elbow grease too!). Luckily I can remove the inner glass of the oven door and I lay it on a tea towel on the worktop to clean it.

Use one of the razor blade cleaning thingies you can buy for ceramic hobs or for removing paint off windows to scrape it off. Works a treat!

I'm in the middle of 'Oven Priding' my oven. I've applied it to my glass and after a couple of hours, it's already shifted really baked on crud. My trays and shelves are soaking in a bag that comes with it and already I can see the muck oozing off them. I'm quite excited about the end result!!

You can buy in supermarkets etc. I got mine this morning from Morrisons for £3.99 as opposed to the £6.49 Homebase wanted for it (and where I nearly bought it Angry) So shop about. Check out reviews on Amazon.
