List for cleaner

I have just let one cleaner go as she basically wasnt cleaning (!). I have a new one starting on Friday. I want to give her a full list of what I expect so there's no misunderstanding

Basically I want the house cleaned so I just have to give the bathroom a quick wipe and throw the Hoover round between times.

So, what I have thought of is:

Hoover all carpets (moving furniture on a rotation, so she doesn't have to move all furniture every week, but I'm not going to be left with clumps of dust in corners etc)
Sweep and wash all non-carpet floors
Dusting (is it reasonable to expect her to move things to dust around?)
Bathrooms - wash floor, toilet including pedestal, bath and sink including plugs and taps
Kitchen - wash the sink and draining board, wipe down surfaces, moving things like toaster

Maybe washing the inside of the windows, in some sort of rotation

I've probably forgotten somethng. The problem with the old cleaner was she just didn't seem to clean much she did the sort of job I want to be doing between times.

Thanks for any suggestions

Mirrors? Cobwebs? The top of pictures?
Yes she should move things when dusting.

Take a look at fly lady, she has a dtailed cleaning list.

Lights, walls switches, skirting, doors you name it!

Thank you both. I think this cleaner will work out well. She seems really hard working and very approachable re extra jobs, areas where improvement is needed etc.
