Removing sellotape marks from dashboard in car

My new car (ok second hand) has what looks like old sellotape marks on the dashboard.
What's the best thing to use?

Try sticky stuff remover from Lakeland .....

de-solv-it stain remover spray from the supermarket - have seen it in morrisons/tesco. Used it to get the remains of a sticker off of a polo shirt that had been through the wash.

if you can't get hold of sticky stuff remover use surgical spirit from the chemist/wilkinsons/superdrug. I use it to remove all sorts of sticker/tape remains. will also remove the sticky left over marks if the kids have needed a plaster on their finger/arm etc :)

Ditto the sticky stuff - you can use it on all sorts!

If you have a can of WD40 under the kitchen sink/in the shed that will clean it off nicely.

I'm sure I once saw Kim and Aggie removing stickers with mayonnaise...expect it would work with sellotape too!
