Waterproof sheet

It is 3.15 in the morning and both DSs (3.5 and 2) have removed their nappies and wet their beds...
The waterproof bedsheet I bought a couple of years ago are not very good quality as they let some of the wee through and the mattresses are now stained.
Can you recommend good quality waterproof sheets?
Also any tips for the wee on the mattresses?
Thanks!!!

Hippychick do a good one that sits on top of your sheets and you just whip it off the bed or fold it in half (wet bit on itself) and let them sleep on the dry outer bit if there is an accident. I have a similar one from a firm that went bust and they are worth every penny. You don't need to remake the bed in the middle of the night. The cotton outer is bonded to a rubbery inner. Seems breathable too as it doesn't aggravate exzema.
Wee on mattress - use bicarb sprinkled neat if it just happened, or solution of bicarb of soda and blot. Need to make sure it dries thoroughly though and then hoover up any powder residue.

Erm, I've got mine from ASDA and they were dead cheap and are better than the expensive varieties I have.

And you can tumble dry them!

And bicarb for the mattress.

Hippychick is quality, really nice, but £££s

Clevamama ClevaBed Mattress Protector (amazon) - not as nice but a fraction of the price and still better than nasty plastic sheet.

Depends how much you are prepared to spend!

I know you can dry by putting down a towel and stamping on it, remarkable how much you can get up by doing that.

I have a hippychick one, that has seen four years of active service and is still going strong. Washed and tumbles brilliantly.

I use mine under the sheet though.

Put the nappies on backwards.....

Thanks for that I will check out the hippy chic one.
I ordered some from jojomamambebe this afternoon too.
Thanks for the tip about bicarbonate, will try that too!!! The smell is quite bad, hopefully it will work

I use these waterproof bedsheets on my boys' beds and they're super - definitely no leakages and they don't overheat on them (like disgusting plastic sheets/undermats).
