Chrome Towel Rails - Boring Post

Hello, boring I know, but what is the best way to clean chrome towel rails so that they aren't all smeared? I have finally remembered to dust them but they still don't look clean

I spray a little bit of Windowlene onto a duster and then use this to polish ours. They come up a treat, not smeary or dull at all.
