So had a tissue or something like a tissue in a darks wash. Picked off bits and re washed. Most was ok except my all time fab black top and a black work top. I have washed them again. Dried them, shaken them and re washed and the tissue seems ingrained in the fabric. Help. Any advice. Thanks

Do you have a tumble dyer?If so,put in that for a spin.

If not, sellotape wrapped round hands, damp rubber gloves,or plain old clothes brush.

And check pockets religiously!

Those sticky lint rollers are good.

This may not be helpful at this point, but I find Kleenex not too bad to get out. You can pick the bits off, give it a shake and you're done. However, I once got a cheapo-value tissue from the in-laws in the wash. Aargh! It just disintegrated into fibres. Confused Clothes brush a help but I think time did the rest.

Hang it on line and leave out in the pouring rain. Would suggest hose it down but ban in place in my area

Have hung on line in the rain. Will update Tom on the result. Thanks

'dust pan and brush' brush will get quite a bit of it off as I have recently found out Hmm
