Does anyone else have this problem? Millions every day! And I hate them!

Any ideas how to get rid of them? It's stopping me from hanging out my washing Sad

Close it up and put a cover on it when you've finished each time.

Saves cleaning too.

ScoopThePoop · 05/06/2012 13:38

My problem used to be earwigs - I close and cover mine when not being used.

So, no help really, sorry.

I ignore the buggers. Can you blast it with
a hose if they really bother you?

ForFoxsGlacierMints · 05/06/2012 14:45

I tried the hose, they just curl up and look dead till I have a peg in hand then uncurl to come get me!

Also closed it up but they were still there and taking the cover off was a terrifying experience.

I'm a woos.

I get this so take an antibacterial wipe and run it over all the lines before I hang the wash out. It's a pain but does work. The spiders freak me out too!

Nanny0gg · 05/06/2012 21:23

Once you have got them cleaned off, then close and cover.

I never have problems with spiders or earwigs.

Racheybabez · 06/06/2012 19:38

i sweep it with a broom first lol hate the little buggars :)

I use a feather duster - gets rid of them sharpish
