Range Cooker

Wondering how much people pay to have their range cooker professionally cleaned. Hob is electric (glass sort, induction or ceramic not sure), two ovens and a grill. I was quoted between 75 and 90. Is the going rate?

My built in double oven cost £75 to be cleaned, so £75-£90 for a range cooker sounds about right.

I just had my double oven and hob cleaned and it was £99.

hmmm thanks! Was hoping the company was overcharging and it may be cheaper elsewhere. Oh well, will have to save up for it as I have no help in the house and why should I do the worst job ever on top of everything else.

I have to say, I have my oven cleaned annually and this year it was particularly grim. The gas hob just never looked clean and now it now all looks sparkly, like new. Well worth the money.

I have an appointment to have mine cleaned in a couple of weeks..... £89...including the particularly grim glass top
