methylated spirits softens emulsion paint, might be worth a try. You have to keep the paint wet with spirits for hours and not allow to dry out before washing. There will probably be a stain anyway.
I once dropped a tub of paint and it went over my expensive city suit. Took it to Sketchleys who grumbled but sent it to their specialist stain removers and it came back perfect.
