Do 3 loads of washing.
Change dd's bedding.
Hoover and polish downstairs.
Give the loos a once over.

I'll be back later to see how little much I've done.

What are you going to do today?

Flisspaps · 02/05/2012 09:28

Put the washing that's been sitting in the basket since Monday up to dry

Put the dry clothes away

Sort DS's bedroom

If I do 1 of these I'll be pleased

TerraNotSoFirma · 02/05/2012 09:34

I'm impressed Flisspaps I have never achieved up, dressed and fed before half nine yet! (mine are nearly 1 and nearly 3, Terragirl starts nursery in August so I will have to do a few practice runs)

Congratulations on your DS. :)

CeliaFate · 02/05/2012 10:02

Flisspaps I think you've earned the day to yourself being up, dressed and fed with a baby and a toddler. That's a day's work, woman!

Is it too late to add my list? I have completed quite a bit of it so am feeling unusually pleased with myself!

Empty dishwasher
Write risk assessments and statement of purpose for CMing (have been putting it off for two weeks Blush
Collect empty boxes from around the house and put in car (my sister is moving house)
Washing
Make packed lunch for mindee
Wait in for boiler man and loft insulation man
Wrap presents, write cards and post to friend.

The only thing I haven't done, so far, is the washing. I also need to post stuff to my friend but I have to wait for the loft man to finish so I can go and rummage for something in one of the cupboards upstairs.

I've done everything except the loos. I cleaned them yesterday, but usually just give them a daily once over with a Flash wipe. Did the Flylady timer thing for 15mins chore then 15mins free time and it really helped motivate me.

I did it all bar DS's bedroom, but have washed and dried 5 loads of washing.

Think I've overdone it as my episiotomy wound/scar is sore now. Day of arse-sitting tomorrow. And sort DS's room.

mogs0 · 02/05/2012 22:04

Sounds like everyone had a very productive day today!

I also completed my list (except the washing which wasn't officially on the list so doesn't really count) which very rarely happens so I am very pleased with myself.

Flisspaps - I regularly have arse-sitting days won't mention that my scar is 9 years old Blush

Today I shall be

Mopping the downstairs floors
Putting thewhitewash in the tumble drier and putting the dried clothes away.
Cleaning the toilets
Ironing the last of the bits I didn't do yesterday
Polishing downstairs

If I can muster up the energy, cleaning the inside windows, the window cleaner came yesterday and I'd normally do the inside at the same time, but lacked motivation

Nikkim30 · 03/05/2012 09:33

Dd still napping so just managed to clean all the baby sick off the sofas too - (7 months worth of reflux baby!). Not having the tv working yet is handy and this thread is quite motivating!
