Bugger. Just washed dry clean only Hobbs dress.

Will it survive? It was on a silk wash and inside out (thought it was similar dress).

It doesn't look too bad wet, although very creased. Will it be OK?

Hang it up and tease the dress down as it dries . I expect the lining is hanging down a bit if it's shrunk . Smooth it with your hands to ease creases out .

I think it is OK (fingers crossed).

Lining isn't hanging down and is looking better now it's been hanging up for a bit.

It's 85%silk and 15% wool so I'm hoping silk wash hasn't been too fatal
