Range cooker help

Our range cookery has finally given up so I'm looking for a new one, dual fuel. But, all the ones I've seen have the wok burner in the middle. On our range it's on the right so we leave the wok on it all the time, out of the way of the other burners.

So, can anyone suggest a 90cm range with two ovens, one of them a multi function oven, and the wok burner on the right?

Thanks

How about the Rangemaster one?

Second the rangemaster - we have the classic 110, so bigger than you are looking for, but I do like the hob arrangement.

That Rangemaster doesn't have a multi function oven but I've found the Professional Deluxe which does... so thank you Smile

I bought a Rangemaster when I moved in to my new house a few months ago, and they're very good. I love the large side oven and the hob is brilliant. I'm not a fan of the grill, but everyone else seems to like it so maybe it's just me.

I'm not too fond of the gril on mine either flatpack so it is not just you - I think it is too small and find the grill pan sits too close to the element really.

Completely agree. I'd rather have had a conventional "take the grill tray out" one than the jobby on the runners. If you've got something on a high grill setting it cooks too quickly, on a lower setting it cooks too slowly.

Does yours have the 'roasting tin hanging on the oven door' feature? That really gets on my wick. The number of times I've burned my hand on that shelf. I'd much rather have a standard shelf.

It's basically my perfect cooker except where they've tried to be clever and helpful.

I can't say the grill fills me with excitement. It looks like they've tried to be clever when the simple solution is more effective.

Our current range also has the shelf for the roasting dish on the oven door but I took it off as it's useless.

Yep with thinking the roasting tin on the oven door is useless. Tbh, I mostly only use the fan oven, as it tends to be big enough for our needs apart from at Christmas when I will use both. The tray on the door is annoying and makes using the non-fan oven pretty impractical as you can't really change the space around much - if I am using that oven, I tend to take the tray out and use the rack as a small shelf.

We have a smeg, dual fuel, 6 hob range thingy & it has 2 "wok" (double burner) things. One at the back left & one at the front right.

It looks like this, but we got it about 5yrs ago, so might not be the same
