Just nosy really Blush . Mine seem to always gather dust so quickly which for some reason didn't seem to happen at our old house Hmm . It's something that isn't in my regular cleaning routine I just do sporadically, wondering if people generally do this as a routine.

FYI the best thing to clean them is washing up liquid with a bit of vinegar in it - cleans and shines in one. But rinse the cloth often.

Since I showed my toddler DD where the feather duster is, skirting boards get done most days. Not well but surely over the course of a month or so she's going to get most of it. On Monday she and two of her mates were all doing it but they had to use normal dusters as there were too many rows about sharing the feather duster.

Once a month?

Basically when I notice they're getting a bit dusty/dirty!

They get vacuumed along with everything else.
