LG washer dryer

So I've fallen in love with a washer dryer (sad I know...) this one.

Only downside (apart from the price) seems to be that it's a bit deeper than usual, which means rearranging our postage-stamp kitchen, and maybe I'll regret the extra 6cm of depth lost - every cm is needed in our kitchen! Anyone got one?

We have a 6kg capacity AEG which has just given up the ghost after about 10 years. 9kg seems humungous, and great for duvets etc., but will I just be tempted to do big washes and then not have space to hang the clothes up to dry (we only use the dryer occasionally).

No one tell me that separate washer and dryer are the way to go please, I just don't have the space.

I have recently bought an LG washer and it's been fab. It is extremely quiet in use, it does stick out slightly more than my old Bosch but the quietness and ease of use compensate for that. Mine's got a 10 year warranty on the motor too, I think all LG's have that.

I have had an LG washer which my son now has. I couldn't recommend it highly enough! Worth every penny.

Thanks. It looks just about perfect for what I want would be totally perfect if I could saw a few cm off the back. Kitchen is falling to bits anyway so DH is coming round to a slight rearrangement, and some lopping of kickboards.

Don't buy it

Mine lasted 14 months average use and stopped drying
Lg sent an engineer that took it apart in my garden and left it in pieces for 6 weeks
They then couldnt put it back together again and left me without a washing machine for a future 8 weeks not only that but they ripped my vinyl floor
The engineer then said I had broken the machine band made up a part I'd broken lg investigated and confirmed yes it was the engineers fault

Eventually lg authorised argues to give me a full refund this was from aug to November, I now have a nice hotpoint

However my floor was ripped over 6 months ago and I'm still chasing them :(
