How do I clean wee stain from memory foam mattress?

My DS has just had an accident in the night- on my bed and has soaked my memory foam mattress cover. Is there any way to clean it or do I need to chuck it out? I really hope I don't! Any ideas?

I've got some RugDoctor Urine Eliminator spray. I bought it in a drycleaners. It says it works on mattresses. Might be worth a go.
