Grass/mud stains AARRGGHH!!!!

Ive never posted in this area before but am getting quite frustrated with stains and not being able to get them out. I often discover them when Im pulling them out of the washer and try vanish bar but to no avail if its white i just bleach it! Its mainly grass/mud on knees and bums.

I know all you fantastic cleaning mums will be able to help me out and give me your suggestions??

Use Ariel Acti lift directly on stain and rub - then bung them in the wash.

if you dont use liquid for clothes washing (I use powder) then a bit of washing up liquid rubbed into the stain before washing can also help
