Bosch Exxcel third time failure

Really disappointed with my dishwasher. It failed to drain for the second time so we had to wait two weeks for the engineer to come out. He replaced the pump yesterday and lo and behold, it is coming up with an error message in the second cycle after it was fixed and failing to drain/complete cycle.

I have had it with it really and just want it taken away and replaced as this is the third time it has gone wrong just 16 months into it's 24 month warranty.

Do we contact Bosch or Currys/Comet to try and get rid?

Anyone have any experience like this and did they swap it?

I am really disappointed. I did my research, it was supposed to be a good one, we paid the extra money to reflect that and it is worse than bad.

I also don't want another two weeks of a non working dishwasher sitting in my kitchen.

is it a Bosch engineer that's been fixing it?

glad to hear it has a 2-year warranty.

technically your beef is with the retailer if the goods have not performed to the standard expected, but IME Curry's are useless and Bosch are good, so try firing off a letter at both of them saying the machine does not appear to be of merchantable quality and you wish it to be replaced. Include the dates of failure and fault description. Keep the letter very short and factual so you don't give them anything else to quibble over, and sit tight. Enclose a photocopy of the receipt. Don't let them have any original documents as they will get lost.

Thanks John, yes, it has been the Bosch engineer who "fixed" it.

Apologies Bosch, you are a good maker of dish washers, and we are crap owners of dishwasher, who nudge it into place and kink the drainage hose, hence impeding drainage.

Woops
