printable, free, pretty menu/planner template

can anyone point me to a pretty (free) printable meal planner template i.e one I print and write on myself not one I print off with meal suggestions on - I am having a domestic goddess moment and feel the need for a lovely document not the usual back of an old envelope

OMG though the range of downloadable lists?! I thought I was bad. Must admit I love website all about how fantastically organised people are - I can dream!
