recommendations for mattress toppers??

Can anyone recommend a good mattress topper?

We don't like memory foam and I'm worried feather ones might smell of bird?! I have a lovely duck feather duvet but DH says it's like sleeping in a farm!

Any recommendations? Happy to spend up to £100...

We've got this one m.johnlewis.com/mt/www.johnlewis.com/13157/Product.aspx . I know you said you don't like memory foam but this is brilliant and the microfibre layer takes away from the complete memory foam feeling. Our bed is so comfortable now I really don't want to leave it typed from in bed
I would however air it for a day or two when you get it to get rid of the 'new' smell.
They also do other options Inc a wool one
A bit pricey but since we've got it I think it's been worth every penny (we were going to replace the mattress otherwise)
