I foolishly put my new fushia jeans in the wash with ds's clothes. He now owns several pairs of light pink trousers. Is there any hope for them? Have them soaking is solution of washing powder for now but will anything work ????

That "run away" stuff from, I think, Dylon works pretty well.

Piffpaffpoff · 30/03/2012 12:24

Yes, I've use the Dylon stuff successfully.

My dear, dear mother washed a red wine coloured towel along with some pale aqua ones when DD was born. The run away stuff worked on the resultant murky mauve towels.

I stock up on it in Homebargains. It's always useful to have around.
