but don't put it straight in the oven when you take it out

(actually best way is to line the pyrex dish with clingfilm, freeze it, then take the clingfilm package out of the pyrex) (apols if you already knew that )

it means you can use the dish again, & the food takes up less space in the freezer (double wrap it though when you take it out of the dish)

Then when you want to reheat it, it will fit back in the dish
