storing winter stuff

do you

• wash before putting away (I wash the coats but didn't wash scarves/gloves)?
• box or back of cupboard?

I would wash everything as moths dont like clean clothes as much. I would store them in a lidded clear plastic box in the loft.

...and I would put a moth killer in the box as well.
