Glass garden patio table need to replace umbrella hole ring thingy??

I need to replace a broken Umbrella Hole Ring Set in a glass patio table, can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier in UK please? I can't find anywhere, thanks! Bit worried that putting the umbrella in without the plastic ring will damage the table iykwim!

I am thinking about a plumbers plastic pipe fitting if one would fit.
