Anybody bought from Easylife? My order took 2 months to arrive. They are now querying my returning just 1item as it may not be within the time frame given to return goods- the phone no. given to get a returns reference no. was freephone U.K. and wouldn't work for Ireland. I kept the other goods.really disappointed with their service.

I bought some snow boots from them and they took weeks (about 7-8) to arrive!.
I dont think I would bother using them again, but, having said that, the snow boots are great (they have little spiky grips on the bottom you can close or open out.

Not impressed with a customer service agent 'private messaging' me and offering to replace the item. I want the refund i am due. I will never,ever buy from Easylife again. Their delivery time - 2 months is appalling

I won't be responding either. It is more in their line that they have proper customer support instead of private messaging us on Mumsnet. I don't want a replacement anyway i want a refund. Awful customer service to their Irish customers. If i get any satisfaction i will also post. I had a problem with a Bobbi Brown product- wonderful customer service from them(an estee Lauder company) Surely repeat business is what it's all about? I'll buy from Bobbi Brown again but not from Easylife
