Any way of reshaping a pillow after washing it?

Like a fool, the label said 'handwash' so I put it on handwash in machine. Needless to say, it's out of shape. Any suggestions on how to reshape it?

Marking my place as I've just thrown one pillow out after washing it. One other I cut a hole in the fabric and squished the insides around so it was almost ok. That's my pillow now!

If no-one knows how to fix them, does anyone know how to was them without wrecking them?

throw it out and get a hollow fibre pillow.
