'European' style windows with built in blinds anyone ...?

Hi

I am looking to replace some windows in my house. I have lived in Germany and my parents live in Spain and they have the same type of fab windows which included a metal roller blind in the window. These are great as they make the room totally dark but the blind has little holes in so you can open them up when the weather is warmer for some air but it is not that much light.

Does anyone know if you can buy them in the UK or what I would google for? I have tried looking but the best I can come up with is venetian blinds inside the double glazing ...

Thanks in advance :)

I've never heard of them in Britain. Have you tried googling European window makers rather than British?

I think this company: Milena windows does what you're looking for. Not cheap though! but very very good quality. HTH.

Thanks for the replies. Will have a google.

They are quite secure too so I am always surprised that they aren't available here!
