How to clean Lelli Kelly's

I have a pair of these from last year I want to clean to sell on. Should I steep them in something(what?) then wash and if so at what temperature? I washed them before at 30 Deg but it didn't really do the job - I don't want to melt the beads.

I think a bio washing powder in warm water for a while. Plenty of detergent!

Top drawer of the dishwasher if you have one, on the short setting. Worked wonders with DD's old ones. Didn't presoak or anything.

I think I've also done a pair in the washing machine, that would have been at 40 as my machine doesn't have a 30 setting.

Take out the leather in-sole bit, put in a pillow case and in the washing machine on a 40 deg wash. This was what shop advised and I have done several times. They come up great
